Our Mission
Supporting International Students
The Universität Göttingen International Student Council (ISC) is a representative body whose members are elected by the International Students Parliament. The ISC collects relevant information and addresses issues that international students encounter during their studies at the university. The ISC represents them in the appropriate forums, aims to solve their problems, provide useful resources, as well as improve and add new services. We connect students and build our community through events and student networks. We are committed to increasing and improving intercultural training opportunities for students and staff, anti-racism and -discrimination efforts, and the celebration of cultural diversity.

The ISC is rooted in the belief that we all have an inherent responsibility to make a meaningful difference in our community and in the lives of others. With a variety of active projects and the contributions of volunteers, we harness our skills and resources to achieve our goals.
